E-mail Settings

E-mail Server. Name or IP address of the SMTP server for outbound TekTrack e-mail notifications.
E-mail Server Port. Port to use when connecting to the SMTP server (Default is 25).
E-mail Server User Name. If required, user account for authentication with the SMTP server.
E-mail Server User Password. If required, user account password for authentication with the SMTP server.
E-mail From Address. The e-mail address that recipients see as the notification sender.
E-mail From Display Name. Friendly display name that recipients see as the notification sender (ex. TekCore Mail Center, TekCore Front Desk, etc).
E-mail Reply-To Address. If provided, recipients that reply to the e-mail will send e-mails to this e-mail address. If not provided, the From Address will be used.
E-mail Reply-To Display Name. Friendly display name recipient will see when replying to an e-mail. If not provided, the From Display Name will be used.
E-mail Sender Address. Identifies the email address the system is sending the email on behalf of. This field is only necessary when sending emails from an SMTP server that is not from the same domain as the E-mail Sent From Address.
Use SSL Encryption. When enabled, e-mails are sent to the STMP server using SSL encryption.

Enabled. When enabled, e-mail notifications can be sent from TekTrack. When disabled, e-mail notifications are not sent.
HTML Template. The default HTML template for the body of new e-mail notifications. Useful for pre-setting the default stationary, signatures, and etc for a notification.

Note: If you are unsure where to find your settings, please check with your IT administrator or mail provider's documentation. The e-mail settings typically match the settings used to configure an e-mail client for outgoing mail (Outlook, Thunderbird, etc)
